So, you are here to build an exercise habit. I know what you are going to do. You’ll scroll through the internet, find tips, begin it with great energy, and keep it up for a couple of days. And then quit it within a week. This is what most of us are doing.

It won’t work until you make exercise a priority if you want to do well. Here are some ideas to keep your body healthy. Don’t just check it out but make it a regular part of your life.

1. Start small: Begin with a manageable exercise routine that you can easily commit to as it is essential to make gradual progress.

2. Set achievable goals: Ensure that your goals are realistic and measurable, such as jogging for a certain distance or stretching at a specific time each day.

Walking for 30 minutes a day is a great way to maintain your overall health.

3. Create a schedule: Establish a regular workout routine and stick to it. It is a great way of making exercise part of your daily routine.

4. Find a workout buddy: Partnering with someone can motivate you to achieve your goals. You could team up with a friend, family member or hire a personal trainer.
