Introduction

The situation of Israel controlling Palestine has been a very complicated and disputed problem that has gotten a lot of attention from around the world for a long time. The conflict between Israelis and Palestinians has long-lasting effects due to historical, political, and religious disagreements. It is very important to talk about this subject in a caring and respectful way. We need to understand and share the stories of Palestinians who have faced unfair treatment and cruelty.

Explaining the Occupation of Palestine

The Jewish people moving to Palestine in the early 1900s helped create the basis for Israel to become a country in 1948. However, because of this event, Palestinians were forced to leave their homes, which caused a lot of tension that still hasn’t been totally fixed. The Israeli occupation of the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem since 1967 is a major cause of claims of cruelty and unfairness.

Legal and humanitarian measurements

The international community has been closely examining the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories because of concern for their rights and well-being. Some people say that Israeli settlements in the areas they took over go against the law and rules that say an occupying country can’t move its people into that land. Moreover, the widespread military checkpoints, barriers, and restrictions on movement in the occupied territories have resulted in a significant humanitarian impact, greatly limiting the daily lives of Palestinians.

Settlement Expansion and Land appropriation

Some say these settlements take away Palestinian land and water, making things even more unfair.

Palestinians who live near Israeli settlements often experience many difficult challenges such as their homes being destroyed, not having enough water, and being unable to farm like they want to. In addition, the building of the Israeli separation barrier has caused serious problems. It has led to people losing their means of making a living and has caused families and communities to be divided.

Treatment of Palestinians

Many people have criticized how Palestinians are treated by Israel while under their control. The detention of Palestinians, including children, without a trial or fair legal procedures, has made human rights organizations worried. Actions like putting people in jail without a trial, arresting them at midnight, and destroying their homes are often seen as harsh and unfair, which shows the Israelis’ injustice.

Read this article to learn more about the atrocities and cruel acts that were committed in Palestine.

People are saying that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) use too much force when dealing with protests, raids, and military actions, which leads to innocent people getting hurt. These events, along with the response that seems too strong for the suspected security threats, lead to investigations from other countries about possible violations of human rights in the areas that are controlled by a foreign power.

Concluding Remarks

To understand the Israeli occupation of Palestine in a fair and unbiased way, it’s important to listen to and consider the stories and experiences of both Israelis and Palestinians. In this article, I explained briefly how Palestinians feel that they are being treated cruelly and unfairly. However, it’s important to understand that the conflict is complicated, and should be resolved with justice.

It is time for the world to understand the pain and fear that Palestinians have to live with every day. Human rights authorities must stand up for the Palestinian people. World powers should bring justice to the innocent people of Palestine so that no more human lives are lost.

To achieve long-term peace and fairness, we need to think about and respect the worries and rights of everyone involved. To solve this long-standing conflict, it is important to have honest conversations, negotiate, and follow the rules of international law and human rights.
